New Issue: JPMorgan sells $43.05 million capped market-linked notes on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $43.05 million of 0% capped market-linked securities due Aug. 12, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the index, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 30%.

Otherwise, investors will receive par.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. guarantees the notes.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.
