Chicago, Dec. 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $500,000 of yield notes due Jan. 19, 2024 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average and SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 4.35%, paid quarterly.
If the worst performing asset gains or ends above its 80% buffer level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline in the worst performing asset beyond 20%.
The notes are non-callable.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
