New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.67 million review notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50, MSCI Emerging Markets
New York, Aug. 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.67 million of 0% review notes due July 27, 2026 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index and MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called automatically at a premium of 15.5% per year if the worst performing index closes at or above 90% of its initial value on any annual review date.
If the worst performing index ends at or above its 70% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines from its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
