Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.44 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due July 29, 2027, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable semiannually starting at 4.25%, stepping up to 4.75% on July 29, 2024 and to 6% on July 29, 2026.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes will be callable at par semiannually beginning July 29, 2023.
JPMorgan Chase & Co. guarantees the notes.
