New Issue: JPMorgan prices $600,000 autocallable contingent interest notes on indexes, ETF

Chicago, July 25 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $600,000 of autocallable contingent interest notes due June 23, 2023 linked to the worst performing of the S&P 500 index, Nasdaq-100 index and SPDR S&P Regional Banking ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 6%, paid monthly, if each underlier closes at or above its 80% coupon barrier on the related monthly observation date.

The securities will be called automatically at par starting June 17, 2022 and on any subsequent monthly review date if each underlier closes above its 90% call value.

If the notes have not been called, at maturity the payout will be par unless the worst performing asset closes below its 70% trigger level in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing asset.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
