New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.03 million uncapped digital barrier notes on Stoxx, EAFE ETF

Chicago, July 25 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.03 million of 0% uncapped digital barrier notes due Jan. 5, 2027 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index and iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing asset finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the return of the worst performing asset and 47%. The payout will be par if the worst performing asset declines but finishes at or above its 60% barrier. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing asset declines if it closes below its barrier.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
