Columbus, Ohio, July 19 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.12 million of 0% digital contingent buffered notes due July 31, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index gains or falls by no more than 25%, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10.15%. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to index decline.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
