New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.35 million uncapped accelerated barrier notes on three indexes
New York, July 14 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.35 million of 0% uncapped accelerated barrier notes due July 3, 2025 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 153% of the return of that index.
The payout will be par if the worst performing index declines but finishes at or above its 70% barrier. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines from initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
