Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 29 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $878,000 of 0% uncapped accelerated barrier notes due July 7, 2023 linked to the lesser performing of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust and the iShares Russell 2000 ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If each ETF finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.15 times the return of the worst performing ETF.
If any ETF falls but each ETF finishes at or above the 70% barrier level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing ETF.
