New Issue: JPMorgan sells $50,000 uncapped buffered equity notes on S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $50,000 of 0% uncapped buffered equity notes due July 6, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index finishes above its upside threshold, 105% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 5% less than the index return.

If the index finishes below the upside threshold or declines by up to 15%, the payout will be par. Investors will be exposed to any losses beyond 15%.

The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
