Buffalo, N.Y., Aug. 30 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $6.11 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due Dec. 22, 2025, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable semiannually at 0.75% initially, stepping up to 1% on Dec. 22, 2022 and to 1.25% on June 22, 2024.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes will be callable at par annually beginning June 22, 2023.
