New Issue: JPMorgan sells $9.5 million digital contingent buffered notes on S&P

Buffalo, N.Y., July 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $9.5 million of 0% digital contingent buffered notes due Aug. 10, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index gains, finishes flat or falls by up to 15%, payout at maturity will be par plus 7%. Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the index’s decline from the initial level.
