Los Angeles, June 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $905,000 of 0% capped accelerated barrier notes due March 30, 2023 linked to the ARK Innovation exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the ETF finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the gain, with the payout capped at par plus 79.25%.
If the ETF finishes flat or declines by up to 30%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any ETF decline below its initial value.
