Chicago, May 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $596,000 of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due April 28, 2023 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the fund finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times the gain, with the payout capped at par plus 18%.
If the fund finishes flat or declines by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.
