New Issue: JPMorgan sells $6.02 million capped buffered enhanced participation notes on S&P

Chicago, May 14 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $6.02 million of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due July 27, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,096.75 per $1,000 of notes. Investors will receive par if the index is flat or declines by 10% or less and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that it declines beyond 10%.
