Columbus, Ohio, May 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $9.11 million of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due July 14, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the gain, capped at par plus 17.715%.
If the index finishes flat or falls by up to 12.5%, payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1429% for every 1% index decline beyond 12.5%.
