JPMorgan to price digital equity notes on S&P 500 Equal Weight Energy

Olympia, Wash., April 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% digital equity notes due Dec. 8, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 Equal Weight Energy index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 20%, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,231.20 to $1,272.00 per $1,000 of notes.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% index decline beyond 20%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on May 4.
The Cusip number is 48132KZS7.
