AmerisourceBergen to redeem $497.74 million 5.875% notes at 106.305

Madison, Wis., June 20 – AmerisourceBergen Corp. will redeem all of its outstanding 5.875% senior notes due Sept. 15, 2015, totaling $497,736,000, on June 23, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at a price of 106.305.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

AmerisourceBergen is a pharmaceutical services company based in Chesterbrook, Pa.
