Moody's reviews Ameriqual

Moody's Investors Service said it placed the B3 corporate family and Caa1 (LGD4, 66%) second-lien notes ratings of Ameriqual Group LLC under review for downgrade.

The review will consider Ameriqual's earnings potential as its Meals-Ready-to-Eat contract with the U.S. Department of Defense expires on Dec. 31, according to the agency.
