Ameriprise Financial preps 10-year senior notes sale

Eureka Springs, Ark., Aug. 8 – Ameriprise Financial, Inc. intends to sell 10-year senior notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Ameriprise Financial is a financial services company based in Minneapolis.
