Millenco sells shares of Amerigroup

Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 6 - Millenco, LLC reduced its stake in Amerigroup Corp. with the sale of 591,208 shares between July 9 and Aug. 5.

The transactions were reported in a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Millenco beneficially owns 2,050,990 shares, or 3.9%, of the Virginia Beach, Va., managed health care company's outstanding stock, down from the 5.0% stake, or 2,652,198 shares, the investor reported owning in a July 9 SEC filing.
