An investor conference call is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. ET on Tuesday.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC is the left bookrunner. Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the joint bookrunners. SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. is the co-manager.

The company plans to use the proceeds to pay down its term loan B.
