Jarden to launch credit facility amend and extend on Thursday

By Sara Rosenberg

New York, Aug. 11 - Jarden Corp. is scheduled to hold a conference call on Thursday to launch a credit facility amendment and extension proposal, according to a market source.

Under the proposal, the company is looking to extend the term loan B-1, B-2 and B-3 to Jan. 24, 2015 from 2012 to match the maturity of the term loan B-4, the source said.

Pricing on the extended B-1, B-2 and B-3 will be Libor plus 325 basis points, the same as the B-4 pricing.

Barclays, Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan are the lead banks on the amend and extend.

Jarden is a Rye, N.Y.-based consumer products company.
