Jamestown CLO IV soliciting consents to redeem several note classes

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 18 – Jamestown CLO IV Ltd. as issuer and Jamestown CLO IV Corp. as co-issuer said that holders of a majority of subordinated notes are considering a redemption of the notes from refinancing proceeds, according to a notice.
The notice was issued to holders of the class A-1A, A-1B, A-1C, A-2, B, C, D and E notes, as well as the subordinated notes.
Citibank, NA is the trustee.
