Jaguar Mining plan approval creditor meeting pushed back to Jan. 31

Pittsburgh, Jan. 24 - Jaguar Mining Inc.'s affected unsecured creditors will now meet to approve its Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act plan of compromise and arrangement on Jan. 31, pushed back from Jan. 28, according to a news release.

As a result, the company said the voting deadline is now Jan. 30, and a related election deadline is now 5 p.m. ET on Jan. 29.

Beneficial noteholder voting instruction forms must be returned to the applicable participating holder by 1 p.m. ET on Jan. 29.

Jaguar is a junior gold producer in Brazil with headquarters in Toronto.
