New York, Feb. 8 - Ixe Banco SA plans to start a roadshow for a $100 million offering of non-cumulative subordinated perpetual securities (//B+) this Friday, according to a market source.

The roadshow will begin in New York on Friday, then move to Singapore on the following Monday, to Hong Kong on Tuesday, to Switzerland on Wednesday and wrap up in London on Thursday.

Goldman Sachs is the bookrunner for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

Ixe Banco is the retail banking arm of Ixe Grupo Financiero, which is a Mexico City-based bank offering multiple financial services.
