The 2030 notes are guided to yield 5 3/8%, plus or minus 1/8%, and the 2048 notes are guided to yield 6¾%, plus or minus 1/8%, according to a syndicate source on Thursday.

Pricing was tightened from 5½% to 5 5/8% and 6 7/8% to 7% yields, respectively.

The euro-denominated notes were being sold under Rule 144A and Regulation S by bookrunners BNP Paribas, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and Societe Generale CIB.
