Ivory Coast sets talk for dollar benchmark notes due in 12 years; pricing expected Tuesday

By Christine Van Dusen

Atlanta, Feb. 24 – Ivory Coast set initial talk in the 6 7/8% area for a benchmark-sized and dollar-denominated offering of 12-year amortizing notes (B1//B), a market source said.

BNP Paribas, Citigroup and Deutsche Bank are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes, which will have three equal redemption payments in 2026, 2027 and 2028.

The bonds are expected to price on Tuesday.
