New York, March 12 – American University of Washington, D.C., sold $128.5 million of series 2015 30-year taxable bonds, according to an official statement.
The 4.321% bonds priced at par.
The securities (A1/A+/) were sold through J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC.
Proceeds will be used to finance or refinance capital projects.
