American University, D.C., plans $128.5 million bond sale for Tuesday

New York, March 6 – The American University of D.C. is slated to price $128.5 million of series 2015 taxable bonds on Tuesday, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (A1/A+/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC as the senior managers and RBC Capital Markets LLC as the co-manager.

The bonds are due April 1, 2045.

Proceeds will be used to finance or refinance capital projects.
