Grupo Isuacell unit fails to make $33.2 million payment on credit agreement

Washington, June 1 - Grupo Iusacell SA de CV said its principal subsidiary, Grupo Iusacell Celular SA de CV, failed to make the $33.2 million payment corresponding to the first amortization of principal of its $266 million amended and restated credit agreement.

Grupo Isuacell Celular is a Mexican wireless communications company.
