ITV buys back €26.55 million of its 4¾% notes due 2011 in February

Chicago, Feb. 23 - ITV plc said it has repurchased €26.55 million of its 4¾% notes due 2011 since Dec. 18.

The company bought back the following amounts in February:

• €13.75 million of the notes on Feb. 3;

• €3.5 million of the notes on Feb. 8;

• €5.45 million of the notes on Feb. 12; and

• €3.85 million of the notes on Feb. 19.

There is now €91,012,000 of the notes outstanding.

ITV is a London-based television broadcaster.
