China’s I.T buys back more 6¼% senior notes due 2018

Madison, Wis., June 9 – I.T Ltd. said it purchased and cancelled an additional RMB 5 million of its 6¼% senior notes due 2018 on Monday.

The company had previously purchased RMB 99 million of the notes. Those notes were cancelled on April 16.

Following the latest transaction, RMB 896 million principal amount of the notes remains outstanding.

I.T is a retail investment holding company based in Hong Kong.
