New Issue: Italy prices $2.5 billion 2.125% three-year notes at Treasuries plus 68.7 bps

New York, Sept. 28 - Republic of Italy priced $2.5 billion of 2.125% three-year notes on Monday at Treasuries plus 68.7 basis points, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes priced at 99.853 and are non-callable.
Bookrunners were Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and RBS Securities Inc.
Co-managers were Barclays Capital, BNP Paribas Securities, Citigroup Global Markets, Credit Suisse Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities, Goldman Sachs & Co., HSBC Securities and J.P. Morgan Securities.
The issuer is based in Rome.
