Omaha, May 28 - The Republic of Italy priced $2.5 billion of 3.5% three-year global notes Wednesday at Treasuries plus 106 basis points, market sources said.
Bookrunners were Goldman Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc.
