By Cristal Cody

Tupelo, Miss., Nov. 17 – Italy (Baa3/BBB/BBB-) plans to price dollar-denominated five-year global notes on Tuesday, according to a market source.

Initial price talk is in the mid-swaps plus 100 basis points area.

BofA Securities, Inc., Barclays and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are the bookrunners.

Fixed income investor calls were held on Thursday.

In 2019, Italy priced a $7 billion three-tranche offering of global notes in its first dollar bond deal since 2010.
