Italian-Thai Development plans to issue 10 billion baht of debentures

New York, March 2 - Italian-Thai Development PCL said it received approval from its board of directors to issue 10 billion baht of debentures.

The tenor will not exceed 10 years.

The Bangkok, Thailand-based issuer is Thai construction, trading and manufacturing group operating in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
