Italian-Thai Development plans to issue 10 billion baht of debentures

Madison, Wis., March 25 - Italian-Thai Development PCL said it plans to offer up to 10 billion baht of debentures.

The tenor will not exceed 10 years.

The debentures issue is subject to shareholder approval at a meeting to be held on April 29.

Italian-Thai is a Bangkok-based infrastructure construction and civil engineering contracting company.
