Fitch affirms Is Yatirim Menkul Degerler

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Is Yatirim Menkul Degerler AS' national long-term rating at AAA(tur). The rating reflects the close integration and support Is Investment receives from its parent, Turkiye Is Bankasi AS, which is rated BB.

The outlook is stable.

The company makes use of Turkiye Is Bankasi's branch network, liquidity facilities and infrastructure in the course of its activities, while Turkiye Is Bankasi utilizes the asset management and custody services provided by Is Yatirim Menkul Degerler, Fitch said.

It shares its parent's brand name, logo and senior management, the agency said.
