iStar Financial to redeem all $265 million of 3 7/8% notes due 2016

Norfolk, Va., March 30 – iStar Financial Inc. called all $265 million of its 3 7/8% senior notes due July 1, 2016, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on April 28.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee or agent.

iStar is focused on the commercial real estate industry.
