iStar Financial to redeem all $200.6 million of 5.7% notes due 2014

Minneapolis, Nov. 20 - iStar Financial Inc. plans to redeem all $200,601,000 of its 5.7% senior notes due March 1, 2014, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at 101.007549189 plus accrued interest on Dec. 19.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

iStar is a New York-based finance company focused on the commercial real estate industry.
