S&P rates ISS Holding notes B

Standard & Poor's said it assigned a B debt rating to the proposed add-on notes to be issued by ISS Holding A/S (BB-/stable/) under the indenture for the subordinated notes due 2016.

The agency assigned a recovery rating of 6 to this debt.
