ISS Holding to raise €75 million from add on to 8 7/8% notes

New York, March 24 - ISS Holding A/S said Thursday that it plans to raise €75 million by doing an add-on deal to its existing 8 7/8% notes due 2016.
There was no immediate indication as to the timing of the deal, which will be managed by Goldman Sachs International.
ISS, a Copenhagen, Denmark provider of business services such as cleaning and security, plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
