Israel Discount Bank expected to sell dollar five-year notes Thursday

Chicago, Jan. 19 – Israel Discount Bank Ltd. is expected to sell a dollar-denominated offering of five-year notes (A2//A) on Thursday, according to a market source.

The notes were marketed via investor calls on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Citigroup, Barclays and Jefferies are bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The bank also received a letter from the ministry of finance on Thursday that it must divest its credit card business. The report was filed by the bank.

The issuer is a retail bank, commercial bank, private bank and financial services company with headquarters in Tel Aviv.
