Israel Chemicals taps banks, sets roadshow for 20- to 30-year notes

New York, May 14 – Israel Chemicals Ltd. has selected banks and scheduled fixed-income investor meetings regarding a U.S. dollar-denominated offering of 20- to 30-year notes, according to market sources on Monday.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, BNP Paribas and HSBC are joint lead managers and bookrunners and organizing the meetings for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.

Meetings will be held in Tel Aviv, London, New York and Boston beginning on Tuesday.

Israel Chemicals is concurrently tendering through May 22 for any and all of its $800 million of 4½% notes due 2024.

Based in Tel Aviv, the issuer is a fertilizer and specialty chemicals company.
