Israel holds global roadshow for two-tranche offering of notes

Tupelo, Miss., Jan. 7 – Israel (A1/AA-/A+) is holding a roadshow and fixed income investor calls for a two-tranche offering of notes, according to a market source.

The global roadshow began on Monday and will continue on Tuesday in Boston and London.

The deal includes 10- and 30-year notes.

BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are the arrangers.
