Israel announces dollar-denominated bonds via Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley

St. Louis, Oct. 27 - The State of Israel announced in a prospectus filed on Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it plans to issue dollar-denominated bonds in an amount and with a tenor that remain to be determined.

Deutsche Bank Securities and Morgan Stanley are joint bookrunners.

The notes will be non-callable and will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
