New Issue: Israel prices €1.5 billion 2 7/8% 10-year notes to yield mid-swaps plus 90 bps

Atlanta, Jan. 22 - Israel priced a €1.5 billion issue of 2 7/8% 10-year notes (A1/A+/A) at 99.512 to yield 2.932%, or mid-swaps plus 90 basis points, a market source said.
The notes were talked at a spread in the mid-swaps plus 95 bps area.
Barclays, Citigroup and Goldman Sachs were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
