Atlanta, March 17 - Israel priced $124 million 1.57% notes due March 15, 2012 (A1/A/A) at 99.9 to yield 1.67%, according to an announcement from the sovereign.

Barclays Capital Inc. was the bookrunner for the Regulation S notes.
