Moody's: Israel banks positive view

The outlook on the Israeli banking system remains positive, reflecting the continued strong macroeconomic environment and the rated banks' sound liquidity and retail funding profiles and improving risk management, Moody's Investors Service said in a new report.

The outlook on rated banks also is positive, reflecting the outlook on Israel's sovereign rating and an expectation of a very high probability of systemic support for these banks, Moody's said.
